That feeling when you eat a meal and you are in a high vibration mood. All your neurotransmitters are beaming – here I am referring to Dopamine. Dopamine is the pleasure center of your brain, also helps with cognitive function and focus. When you eat foods like high quality proteins eg. grass fed meats they contain amino acids (tyrosine), that stimulate the production of dopamine. You feel energized and happy when your cells are fed nutrient dense foods.

Vegetables that are rich in folate like kale, spinach, broccoli also boosts dopamine production and fight free radicals.

Be mindful that every bite you take in, is effecting the health of your mitochondria – the powerhouses of your cells. Eating for the health of your mitochondria is crucial to drive inflammation down and heal you inside out and keep you in the high energy state.

You know those recipes that are so satisfying, delicious and good for your cells and yet so easy to make. Eating primal is actually very easy. It is the way you want to eat to have massive resilience, high cognitive performance, effortless weight regulation and more. This is one such recipe that makes you experience all of the above and is easy to put together. Have it for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
