Physical movement is an essential piece to overall health and wellbeing. Whether you are new to yoga, are looking to gain flexibility and strength, or are looking for a way to reduce stress, I am here to support you as your private yoga instructor (based in Austin, Texas).
I create a safe space for my clients to tune into their bodies, progress into poses that feel good, and develop a deep love for yoga.
I teach Hatha Yoga, a set of physical exercises and sequences of asanas, designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones, while promoting energetic balance throughout the body.
I also integrate breath work and guided meditation to help my clients access inner peace and help them bring those techniques into their self-care routines.
I received my 200 Hours RYT training from Yoga Yoga (www.yogayoga.com) in Hatha yoga and I continue to train towards my 500 hours with teachers like Leslie Kamnioff, Judith Lasater, and more. I am currently in a mentorship program with two of my favorite teachers who have deeply influenced my yoga practice, Jenn Wooten and Angie Knight.
