Practical Embodiment is a unique course is designed to be your personal guide through each season, offering strategies for improved sleep, enhanced focus, hormone balance, more energy and stress management.  Imagine navigating the year with a sense of clarity, balance and vitality, all while addressing the specific needs of each season.

 Ayurveda is a 5000-year-old ancient science of healing from India. This course is based on the Ayurvedic foundational principle that we exist on a continuum with nature. Scientific research supports this ancient wisdom, showing how our internal biological clocks and circadian rhythms, are influenced by the changing patterns of light and darkness throughout the year. These changes affect our sleep, mood, hormones levels and overall health
