In My Pantry – essentials

A question I get asked several times – what is in my pantry ?

The key to making the right choices for you when eating is a well stocked pantry/fridge. I am not suggesting you go out and splurge at whole foods with this list. I buy a lot these on amazon.com or a local coop and farmers markets. I also believe in investing  in food and wellness as if one is not “feeling” good in the body – then being resilient, present and calm can be a challenge. This is not an exhaustive list but it covers most of my staples in a given week. Enjoy !

I have some “must haves” staples that are on a repeat in my pantry.  I believe in eating veggies that are grown locally, in season, so weekly trips to local farmers market are always on the plan.
