Ways to Reduce EMF exposure

EMF
 
There is no way really to opt out of our exposure to electromagnetic frequency and electro magnetic radiation but yes we can mitigate our exposure. We can make choices in our environment which will minimize the exposure.
 
I know I’m sensitive to EMF and I do what I can in my control and I know I can do better like put my phone on airplane mode as often as possible.
 
What I’ve done so far at home :
 
1. I changed the smart meter in my house a few years ago to an analog meter
2. Switch off WiFi router at night
3. Switch the phone to airplane mode at night
4. Unplug electronics in bedroom at night 
5. Use headphones – I need to try the AirTube head set – it’s on my list. Stay away from the bluetooth ones.
6. Spend time in nature 
7. I plan to hardwire laptops in the near future
 
What happens when you are constantly exposed to EMF and EMR
 
1. Brain fog
2. Insomnia 
3. Inflammation

Comes in Aires Tech. It has a scientifically proven range of devices that reduce the effects of EMR from household devices. They have invested over $20M into R&D and hold 11 patents.
