Ways to Reduce EMF exposure

There is no way really to opt out of our exposure to electromagnetic frequency and electro magnetic radiation but yes we can mitigate our exposure. We can make choices in our environment which will minimize the exposure.
I know I’m sensitive to EMF and I do what I can in my control and I know I can do better like put my phone on airplane mode as often as possible.
What I’ve done so far at home :
1. I changed the smart meter in my house a few years ago to an analog meter
2. Switch off WiFi router at night
3. Switch the phone to airplane mode at night
4. Unplug electronics in bedroom at night
5. Use headphones – I need to try the AirTube head set – it’s on my list. Stay away from the bluetooth ones.
6. Spend time in nature
7. I plan to hardwire laptops in the near future
What happens when you are constantly exposed to EMF and EMR
1. Brain fog
2. Insomnia
3. Inflammation
4. Depression
5. Shortened attention span
6. Cellular damage and more
Comes in Aires Tech. It has a scientifically proven range of devices that reduce the effects of EMR from household devices. They have invested over $20M into R&D and hold 11 patents. They sent me the two devices and I wanted to put them to test so I can share more about their effectiveness. On my Colorado trip – the Airbnb owner had an EMF meter and I tested the devices with my phone and the meter turned red to green when the aires card was on my phone. I have also noticed my sleep has
How it works – they have a microprocessor – a fractal matrix which neutralizes and inverses transformation of the EMR it interacts with. The black color absorbs the most radiation in the infrared range which primarily contributes to heating biological tissues which leads to pathological changes in the body. As a protection device, it restructures electromagnetic fields generated by tech devices, transforming them in a coherent form. Thanks to its cancellation of living cells’ own electromagnetic radiation, it can optimize a host of the body’s physiological indicators primarily those of the neuroendocrinal system. It is also easy to use.
